Dooctor Online is an international technology platform facilitating matching, appointment scheduling, and digital empowerment for the 6 healthcare professions. Accessing our services entails unreserved acceptance of these Terms.
1. Acceptance of Terms & Legal Capacity
Registration or use of Dooctor.online services by any individual or legal entity represents full, unconditional acceptance of these Terms. Every user represents that they are of legal age and possess full legal capacity to enter into binding agreements.
2. Practitioner Verification & Vetting Standards (Verify AI)
Every healthcare professional and institution (Doctors, Clinics, Pharmacies, Laboratories, Imaging, Ambulances) commits to supplying strictly authentic credentials. The platform audits degrees, practice licenses, and administrative permits using the Verify AI protocol prior to public directory indexing.
3. Clinical Independence & Medical Liability
Healthcare practitioners exercise their medical duties in absolute professional autonomy. Dooctor.online never intervenes in therapeutic relationships, clinical diagnostics, prescription decisions, or medical pricing.
4. Account Security & Acceptable Use Policy
Users are solely responsible for securing their account credentials. Any identity theft, falsified medical records, or disruption of platform infrastructure will result in immediate account termination and criminal prosecution.
Annual Subscriptions, Trial Offers & Anniversary Cycle
« Any subscription starting with a promotional trial offer (e.g. $1 for the first month) automatically leads to enrollment in the corresponding annual plan on the anniversary date of the initial payment (e.g. the same day of the following month). Renewal is performed automatically and recurringly, without prior notice to the user, and charged amounts are final and non-refundable. »
1. Exclusivity of Annual Pricing: The Dooctor.online platform applies a unique annual pricing model for all practitioners and healthcare facilities. Packages are subscribed for firm periods of 365 consecutive days in order to guarantee directory permanence and public profile service continuity.
2. Professional Trial Offer ($1) & Anniversary Date Counting: The trial offer for the Professional Plan (Doctors / Practitioners) is set at one US dollar ($1) for the first month of thirty (30) calendar days. The exact date and time of the initial payment constitute the contractual anniversary date. Upon expiration of the thirty days (e.g. the 20th of the following month for an initial payment made on the 20th), the annual amount of twenty US dollars ($20) is automatically charged via the registered payment method.
3. Clinic & Healthcare Facilities Plan ($50/year): The Clinic Plan at the single rate of fifty US dollars ($50) per year applies to all institutional structures: Clinics, Hospitals, Medical laboratories, Imaging and radiology centers, Pharmacies and Ambulance companies. This plan is automatically renewed on each annual anniversary date without notice.
4. Absence of Notice and Firm, Final Nature: In accordance with these provisions, renewal occurs automatically on the anniversary date without additional notification or notice. Any charge made in accordance with these stipulations is firm, definitive and non-refundable.
6. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by international commercial law and digital platform regulations. In the event of any dispute regarding their interpretation or execution, amicable conciliation shall systematically be sought prior to any court proceedings.
